• When we confirm, send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
  

• Please make sure they’re unused, undamaged, clean, and (if possible) in the original packaging.

• Please note that you cover the cost of return shipping.

Your refund:

• We’ll refund the price you paid, including our standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof you’ve sent them back).
  
  
• If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard one, we’ll refund only the cost of the standard option.
  
  

When you can’t return goods:

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can’t be returned if opened or used (e.g., if the goods are custom-made or personalised for you).
